I’m with you there in spirit Brit, but dang dang did it strike me that I would be interested to see some none-destroyed photos of my great-great-grandfather, say, working on the Bushmill’s distillery in Belfast.



They existed at one time, purposefully passed down, but have been lost to the vulnerability of the physical. To leave such a trail, but in uneroded bits, for my possible if uncertain progeny, even merely as a matter of course, sounds like a fairly grand bonus to our time in back-lit rectangles.
